Nutty Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 TBS chia seeds

  • 1 TBS maple syrup

  • 1 scoop vanilla flavour protein powder (optional)

  • 1.5 cups almond milk @almondbreezeaus ⁣⁣

  • 4 tsp nut butter

  • Few chopped almonds ⁣⁣

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl or jar add oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, protein powder and almond milk ⁣⁣

  2. Mix well to combine⁣⁣

  3. Divide into two jars/pots in the fridge and leave overnight ⁣⁣

  4. In the morning add the nut butter on top with some almonds⁣⁣

  5. You may drizzle with a little more maple syrup if you like it sweeter⁣⁣
