Oatmeal W/ Chia Berry Jam

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 cup Almond Breeze almond milk

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 2 TBS chia seeds

  • ¼ cup water

  • Sprinkle of hemp seeds

METHOD:

  1. To small pot, add frozen berries, water, chia seeds and maple syrup

  2. Heat on med-high, stir frequently until berries melt and start to simmer. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

  3. To another pot, add oats, Almond Breeze almond milk, cinnamon and stir. Heat on med, stir frequently until milk absorbed and oats are thick and creamy

  4. Add oats to bowl, along with chia jam and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.

Enjoy right away!
