INGREDIENTS:
1 cup wholemeal plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 medium ripe banana (mashed)
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
¾ cup Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Breeze
METHOD:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl and stir well.
Add in mashed banana, maple syrup and almond milk and whisk together until a fairly thick and smooth batter is formed.
Heat your waffle iron as required and use about 2-3 tbsp worth of mixture per waffle. Bake according to your waffle irons instructions.
