1 + 1/3 cup Almond Breeze Original almond milk
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups plain flour
2/3 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Grease donut pans (makes approx 15).
Add all wet ingredients to a small bowl and combine well.
In another bowl, sift flour and add dry ingredients.
Mix well then pour in wet ingredients. Combine until smooth, then fold in blueberries.
Spoon mixture into greased donut holes in pans.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Allow to cool for 3 - 4 minutes before turning onto wire rack to completely cool.
