INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups spelt flour
2 TBS coconut sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 ½ cups almond milk
3 TBS olive oil
pinch of salt
METHOD:
Preheat waffle maker. You may also pre-heat oven to 180º to keep waffles warm
In medium sized bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, oil and milk until lumps are gone
Use a ½ measuring cup, scoop batter up and pour in the centre of the waffle maker plate. Ensure batter is evenly spread out. Close lid and wait until cooked .
Gently remove and place on wire rack in the oven until remaining are made .
Serve your waffles with fresh blueberries, raspberries then top with pure maple syrup.
