INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup Almond Breeze almond milk
⅓ cup coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBS ground flaxseeds
2 cups plain flour
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 very ripe bananas (mashed)
1 ½ cups fresh strawberries (hulled and chopped)
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180º. Line a baking pan with paper
In a large bowl, add milk, oil, vanilla and flaxseed and stir well
Add flour, maple syrup, baking powder, salt and combine well
Then add in mashed bananas and strawberries
Scoop batter into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool before slicing, then enjoy
Refrigerate remainder.
