High Protein Mango Smoothie Bowl

High speed durable blender required!

INGREDIENTS:

For the Smoothie :

  • 1 cup Almond Breeze

  • 300 g silken tofu

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup frozen mangoes

Toppings :

  • Apple and cinnamon granola

  • Sliced strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Desiccated coconut

  • Hemp seeds

METHOD:

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until all ingredients are combined well.

  3. Add smoothie into a bowl and decorate with toppings.

  4. Enjoy!
