High speed durable blender required!
INGREDIENTS:
For the Smoothie :
1 cup Almond Breeze
300 g silken tofu
1 scoop protein powder
1 banana
1 cup frozen mangoes
Toppings :
Apple and cinnamon granola
Sliced strawberries
Blueberries
Desiccated coconut
Hemp seeds
METHOD:
Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender.
Blend until all ingredients are combined well.
Add smoothie into a bowl and decorate with toppings.
