Crumbly Almond Meal Granola

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup roughly crushed almonds

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • ½ cup vanilla Almond Breeze

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp liquid sticky sweetener of choice: e.g maple syrup, rice malt, honey, agave syrup

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 170ºC and line a baking tray with baking paper.  Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine with a spatula.

  2. Spread mixture onto lined tray and bake in oven for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.

  3. Remove tray from oven, and with caution use two forks to help pull apart.

  4. Place crumbly mixture back into oven and bake for a further 10 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

Enjoy on its own or with fruit, almond milk or yoghurt!
