Fruity Smoothie Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

Strawberry Smoothie Base:

  • ½ cup vanilla Almond Breeze

  • 1 frozen ripe banana

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries

Toppings:

  • ½ cup “Crumbly Almond Meal Granola” – see recipe for details

  • ½ mango diced

  • ½ medium banana sliced lengthways

  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

METHOD:

  1. Add “Strawberry Smoothie Base” ingredients to durable blender and blend on high until smooth (approx. 1-3 minutes)

  2. Pour Smoothie base mixture into your favourite bowl and top with almond meal granola, mango, banana, blueberries and maple syrup!
