1 cup self raising flour
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup Almond Breeze almond milk
Berries to serve
Icing sugar (sprinkled on top)
Preheat oven 180C. Grease and line 20cm baking tin with baking paper .
Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir until combined .
Pour into cake tin and bake for 40 min utes.
Cool in pan first before placing on a wire rack to cool .
Add berries and then sprinkle with icing sugar.
