Get in your Greens’ Smoothie

High speed durable blender required!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

  • 1 cup vanilla almond breeze

  • ½ (50g) frozen ripe banana

  • ½ cup (50g) frozen blueberries

  • 1/3 cup (100g) cucumber

  • 1 tsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup ice

METHOD:

  1.  Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 2-3 minutes, scraping down sides of blender at required intervals.   

  2. Pour into your favourite glass and serve immediately!
